KPHA 2026 Annual Conference — the premier event bringing together Kentucky’s public health professionals, educators, and students to connect, collaborate, and advance the future of public health in the Commonwealth. KPHA has room blocks at the Marriott and Embassy Suites.
Hotel Reservations
KPHA-KY has arranged discounted rates at both the Cincinnati Marriott RiverCenter and Embassy Suites Cincinnati RiverCenter hotels.
Attendees who need assistance with making their reservations are encouraged to call the call center at 877-465-9282 or email for assistance to groupresv@meetNKY.com. Both services are available M-F 10-4PM EST and closed on most major holidays. (Do not call the hotels directly for reservations in the KPHA Block).
Attendees who are not paying by credit card, and would like to pay by check at the Embassy Suites or by wire transfer at the Marriott RiverCenter, will need to call our housing line for assistance. They will be able to make a reservation for them and then connect them with the hotel directly for payment.
Cincinnati Marriott RiverCenter

Embassy Suites Cincinnati RiverCenter
Enjoy the best of Cincinnati from our downtown Covington hotel location with easy access to I-71, I-75 and many Covington, KY attractions. The Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport is only 20 minutes away or enjoy the Southbank Shuttle Trolley which stops outside the hotel, offering easy access to downtown.
Located on the banks of the Ohio River, we are adjacent to the Northern Kentucky Convention Center and a mile from Newport Aquarium. The pedestrian bridge to downtown is a block away or take the Southbank Shuttle Trolley. The Great American Ballpark and Paycor Stadium are both a quick 20-minute walk from the hotel.
