- Not engage in disruptive behavior that interferes with KPHA events, meetings, or online member interactions
- Use the job board and member directory solely for professional purposes, and refrain from unsolicited advertising or spam
- Comply with all venue rules when attending in-person events
- Respect the privacy of other members and avoid collecting or distributing their personal information without consent
KPHA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to restrict, remove, or terminate a user’s access to the website, membership features, or events for violations of this conduct policy.
6. Photography & Media Use
By attending KPHA events, you consent to:
- Being photographed or recorded
- KPHA using your image or likeness for promotional, educational, or archival purposes
- Images being published on the KPHA website, social media, or external platforms like Flickr
To request removal of a photo, contact us at the email below. Removal is at KPHA’s reasonable discretion and may not apply to previously printed materials.
7. Payment & Refunds
Payments for memberships, events, or other services are processed by third-party providers. KPHA is not responsible for errors originating from third-party payment systems. Refund policies will be clearly stated at the point of purchase.
