Public Health Supervisor Training: Systems Thinking

The Kentucky Public Health Association’s (KPHA) Workforce Development (WFD) Committee is excited to announce an upcoming supervisor training opportunity for Kentucky’s Public Health Workforce.

Training Session: Join the Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS) for training on “systems thinking.” The Systems Thinking course equips participants with the tools and mindset to see the whole picture -understanding how people, processes, decisions and outcomes are interconnected.

Collaboration: This training is funded through the Public Health Infrastructure Grant (PHIG) and coordinated by the Kentucky Public Health Association (KPHA) Workforce Development Committee, Kentucky Department for Public Health’s (KDPH) Public Health Workforce Readiness Branch and KCTCS.
