Personal Insights
I've always had a thing for numbers and spreadsheets—they're just so satisfying to work with! It's like solving a puzzle where everything eventually fits into place. Spreadsheets, especially, are my go-to for organizing chaos and spotting trends. And when it comes to auditing, it's all about the thrill of the hunt—digging through data to find that needle in the haystack. There's nothing quite like the feeling of uncovering something others might miss and bringing it all together.

  • Awarded the KPHA Presidents Award in 2020
  • Awarded the KPHA Administrative Support Staff Award
  • KPHA Treasurer since 2010

Future Goals & Aspirations
I dream of retiring with the freedom to travel, especially to visit Disney parks beyond the U.S. My plans would also include spending quality time with my children, family, and friends. As a fun and unexpected twist, it would be amazing if I could retire and take on a role as a judge on a show like Cupcake Wars!

  • Traveling
  • Supporting my kids at their sport activities
  • Sitting around the fire pit with friends
  • Spoiling my dog Maxie
  • Disney fan

Advice & Tips
I've enjoyed being a member of KPHA. Being a social butterfly, I like connecting with people who share the same passion for public health and working together to make a difference. If you are a member, be sure to get involved. Be sure to join a committee and voice your ideas/concerns to help the group make an impact.
