Stephanie Goff
I serve as the Assistant Director of Lincoln Trail District Health Department. In this role I oversee the clinical services, health promotion, chronic disease prevention, harm reduction and epidemiology programs. I have worked in public health for 28 years at Lincoln Trail District Health Department.
I received my Associate Degree in Nursing at Elizabethtown Community College, my Bachelor’s Degree from Western Kentucky University and my Master of Science in Nursing from Bellarmine University. I am a member of both the Kentucky Nurses Association and the American Nurses Association, and the Association of Public Health Nurses.
I have been a member of KPHA for a long time, although I am not sure of the exact number of years. Being a member of KPHA has allowed me to meet many wonderful public health professionals from across the state and gain knowledge from their experiences and practice. I have made lasting friendships through my KPHA membership.
I serve on the Board of Directors for two vital community agencies, Communicare, LLC and Feeding America Kentucky’s Heartland. Through work on these two boards, I feel like I further the mission of public health for a more comprehensive view of community needs and resources.
I am married and have two children, Rachel 23, who is a medical student at U of L and Keaton 17, who is a Junior in high school.
