The Center for Innovation in Population Health at the University of Kentucky, in partnership with the Praed Foundation hosts a 3-day international TCOM Conference each year in the Fall in a variety of cities across the country. Each year, we have attendees and presentations from almost every state and a few countries that are reflective of the use of Transformational Collaborative Outcomes Management (TCOM) and its tools. TCOM is the conceptual framework for the ANSA, CANS, FAST, and other TCOM tools.
