Special Meetings of the Board of Directors may be called by the President or a majority of the members of the Board of Directors at least five (5) days in advance of the meeting. Notice of a special meeting stating the purpose thereof shall be provided to each member of the Board of Directors. The dates, times, and locations of Special Meetings of the Board of Directors shall be posted on the Association’s website at least five (5) days in advance.
