Full-time, 40.0 hours per week with full comprehensive benefits package to include the Kentucky Retirement Systems pension plan. 

This is a non-mert, exempt status position that reports directly to the Board of Health. 

Non-Physician starting salary $165,000, grade 13

Physician starting salary $230,000, grade 14
