2020 Annual Conference Postponed

Based on CDC guidance for large events and mass gatherings KPHA Leadership has made the difficult, but necessary decision to postpone the Kentucky Public Health Association (KPHA) 2020 conference scheduled for April 22-24 in Covington, KY at the Northern Kentucky Convention Center.  We are exploring future dates, as well as teleconferencing or other methods of delivery for our members. As more information becomes available, we will update each of you. We do not want to pull key public health staff from their coronavirus response, or put anyone in danger. We will send guidance to conference attendees and general membership regarding credits and refunds for those that are unable to attend new dates, TBD.  We ask that you hold off on any requests for refunds until after April 3.  Please be patient with our staff as we navigate all of these changes.

Hotel Reservations:  KPHA will cancel all hotel reservations that were made through the KPHA online passkey, or under the KPHA block.  As a courtesy to those who made reservations, you will not have to call and cancel your reservation.  However, if you did not make your reservation through the KPHA online passkey, or under the KPHA reservation block, you must cancel your own room reservation.
