Lifetime Membership:
   
Life membership may be granted to retired individuals meeting the following criteria:
 
(1) The person must be a member in good standing at the time of retirement.
(2) The person must have been a member of the Kentucky Public Health Association
for ten years prior to retirement.
(3) Persons elected to life membership are exempt from paying annual dues.
 
A life member has full voting privileges and may hold office. Life members also
currently receive a discount of 50% off registration fees for the Kentucky Public
Health Association annual meeting.
